YOUR PACKAGES
Getting a gift to
a recipient on time is the most important part of the ordering
process!
How
can I track my package?
We ship our
packages using Fed Ex Ground or USPS Priority Mail with a
Delivery Confirmation Request. At the end of the day, when our
packages are picked up, your box will receive a tracking
number which is then e-mailed to you. Please be aware that
tracking numbers do not go out until the boxes are picked up,
typically, after 5 pm, CST, regardless of what time of the day
the order is placed.
After your order has been processed, you will receive a
delivery confirmation number for each basket shipped by
e-mail. You may then track your package online either at
FedEx
: http://www.fedex.com/Tracking
USPS
Priority : http://www.usps.com/shipping/trackandconfirm.htm
Insert your
tracking number and you'll be able to track your gift until it
arrives at its final destination.
